Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about our managed cloud services.
Is MSFT LLC part of Microsoft?
No. MSFT LLC is an independent company. It is not Microsoft, is not owned by Microsoft, and is not endorsed by Microsoft. We reference Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services only to describe the third-party platforms on which we provision and manage infrastructure.
What does MSFT LLC actually provide?
We provide managed cloud infrastructure to business customers. We source cloud resources from established providers, configure and manage them, and add monitoring, support, security, backup, and reporting under a service agreement.
Who are your customers?
We serve business customers only. We do not sell to consumers, operate a marketplace, process payments for third parties, or sell physical products.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is custom and provided by quotation. It depends on cloud consumption, infrastructure size, technical complexity, and your monitoring, backup, and support requirements. See our Pricing page to request a quote.
How am I billed?
Services are billed monthly through recurring subscriptions or itemized business invoices. Cloud usage and optional services may vary month to month. Billing details are set out in your service agreement.
How do I get started?
Request a cloud assessment or a quote via our Contact or Pricing pages, or email sales@msft.llc. Service begins after the proposal is accepted, required technical information is received, and billing is authorized.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation terms, including any notice period, are defined in your service agreement. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
